Thank you! I think it's pretty much balanced: the colored mana cost makes it hard enough to cast, its ability costs {1} per activation, and it's a 0/2 for {2}. It has flash so you can (a) boost flash faeries like {spellstutter sprite} and (b) flash in to respond to {bitterblossom} trigger.

It's not a real card, but I was just thinking about modern where mana fixing is easy and where something like this would be EXTREMELY good with {bitterblossom}, especially turn 2. It would also be really good against burn decks, so I was thinking that making it wait until turn 4 to get a bitterblossom activation would be fairer. But whatever, it's your card ;)

I made it like that so it wouldn't be to easy to cast. I made it so the card has flexibility by making it say "you may". I think it's pretty balanced already.

I love that the choice here to make this nonblack was white. Not sure if there was mechanical logic behind that, but there was a blue white card earlier too. Idk, I like that the choice seeming to be made is Esper (my favorite color combo!!)
