What would happen if {ghuul war chant} and {alpha authority} where both in play in my control?

One is a blanket enchantment {ghuul war chant} that says attaking creatures have to be blocked by two or more,an the other {alpha authority} say enchant creature, it can only be blocked by one. Can they work together or does one cancel the other?

Thanks for helping me read through that, i didnt understand at first. Now im much happier to know the two make a badass unblockable hexproof

They essentially work together, just as llama said.  {Gruul War Chant} says, "...can't be blocked except by two or more creatures."  {Alpha Authority} says, "...can't be blocked by more than one creature."  So you have to statements that together cover all basis. 

Say that I tell you I'm holding $100 in one of my hands, and if you pick which one it's yours.  Then before you pick I tell you that you can't choose my right hand, followed by you can't choose my left hand.  You can't tell me they cancel out, because that just doesn't make sense.  You're officially left watching me walk away with $100 that you didn't even have a chance at, just like your opponent didn't have a chance to block.
