I really, really like shows aimed at teenage/young adult females. Shows like The OC, Pretty Little Liars, and 90210. Been watching 90210 lately.

I haven't had television for years but I can say a time suck that I like to watch that I shouldnt do so much is Youtube jumping with late night talk show interviews
