Felhide spirit binder tokens

If I use {felhide spiritbinder}to make  copies of {thragtusk}, every turn, would the tokens net me 5 life? And would they give me 3/3 Beast tokens?

Yes, you will get 5 life and a beast token everytime {Thragtusk} enters and leaves play.
