Ok so I just had and idea an I would love to see if someone could make a competitive deck list with it... My thought is using {espara god of polis}, and comboing it with an {obzedat ghost council} pretty much drain and draw 2 cards every turn! Seems good!

Ephara is good in my white weenie deck, although obzedat would definitely work too

Now that I think about it he works really well actually, that's a great idea!
