My attempt at a From the grave deck, somewhat budget since our local shop is gonna start playin modern tourneys. Any input would be great guys thanks!

Game plan would be
T1 swamp putrid imp
T2 swamp, discard creature card, dark ritual, exhume, Serra Avatar 20/20power toughness

{Exhume} is not modern legal. Generally, modern reanimator decks run red for {lightning axe}, {through the breach}, and {faithless looting}, black for {goryo's vengeance}, and blue for {remand} and {izzet charm} so they can survive long enough to cheat out {emrakul, the aeons torn} or {griselbrand}. While we're at it, {Dark Ritual} and {Buried Alive} aren't modern legal either. Another way to do reanimator is to go esper for {unburial rites} and counterspells.

Sooo originally thought this was modern legal due to misunderstandings with fellow players but now know it's legacy... Soooo any ideas guys! Lol

FYI for the future, modern legal cards are only those with the new card style. 8th ed and up.

Other than that, I love {Phyerixian Obliterator}s in my reanimator decks.

If you splash green, {Tarmagoyf}s are mandatory.

Thanks bud, yah that's a sweet card ill most likely throw it in there but the tarmagoyf would definitely be out of my price range lol pricing is ridiculous right now

Yah was gonna add animate dead but the others are a bit pricy, maybe in time I'll add to it but trying to keep it somewhat reasonable
