if I exile and return derevi and untap a thran dynamo, does mana stay in my mana pool from my upkeep to main phase?

No. Mana pool empties every step or phase...I get confused to which. But It doesn't vary over to main phase

what? no. {conjurer's closet} activates during upkeep. I was just wondering for next turn if i keep the mana. pass 40/4


edit: wow! it actually does activate during end step. doesn't matter, I tapped my lands wrong so there's no point in flickering derevi.
