Where is everyone getting these story lines from?

my thoughts exactly! I know there are books, but so many?! How far behind the books is the card game?!? Have the next few years of mtg already been planned out?! IS THE FATE OF OUR PRECIOUS CARD GAME IN THE HANDS OF AUTHORS?!

The books went out of print a few years ago. I don't think they're making any more.

They made an RtR one.

Are you thinking of the comics? I'm talking about the actual novels they used to write. The ones by Jeff Grubb, and his cast that made the best stories I've ever read!

I have the old books
They started at singles and then moved to series of three, a couple of anthologies, and then settled into sets of three until they did the shadowmoor/evantide/lorwyn stuff then did a few singles and then switched to online graphic novels

Sad degeneration of the true backbone of the story and history of the game
