If my opponent has {Lord of the Unreal} and I hit it with Doom Blade, do his Phantasmal Creature lose the +1/+1 and the Hexproof. If so it makes him quite easy to deal with.

Static abilities like that stop as soon as he leaves play.

Thanks, assumed that was the case.  Just wanted to check. So he is easily dealt with via a nice instant kill.

Unless the opponent copies it with a {phantasmal image} then it's impossible to kill without board sweepers
