I made three 7th Graders cry.

I was playing them after class. One had a very bad Kumano Red, the other a Dimir Mill, and the last one a fked up Izzet deck.

I was playing casual Humans mono-white. First turn {Champion of the Parish}, second a {Gather the Townsfolk} and so on... I swung my Champion for 15 plus like 7 other 1/1's an 2/2's with help from three {Honor of te Pure}. Soo...about 46 damage. We had 30 life each. They wanted to play me three on one and still lost. What do you guys think?

AdamS

i think that they should have been taking notes on how to be a better player.

I think you should've helped them with their decks and taught them as you played rather than making them cry. Obviously that's the part you're most proud of since you titled your thread after the fact. I find that rather off-putting, especially for what's supposed to be a fun Casual game....

I 100% agree with this. I don't know what kind of sick schadenfreude you got out of this, but it's pretty messed up.

Walkhard

Should of helped them. Everyone's got to start somewhere.
Did they actually cry though? Because I think people are taking that literally :X

That's not relly the point. The point I that he played young kids, as a young kid, he found it amusing. He decided not to durably help out.

Walkhard

I'm in agreement that he shouldn't have acted the way he did. He should have helped them, like I said everyone's got to start somewhere and he oboviously felt better than them.
Was just trying to let him save face a bit because that post does sound rather bad as he said it.

Seriously. Maybe a douche move but.. I mean if you werent like a jerk to them.  No big deal. I had to get my trash drcks rocked before I got any good. My bro is seventh grader and for all intents and purposes plays my casual zombies.. its advanced. He does three on ones with girls and guys his age and they don't cry...

Seventh graders aren't that young. .

If your a bully your a bully and that's a different root issue

All this white knighting is making me sick.

Almost all of my decks, lego, modern, standard, doesn't matter it just ends up becoming a 4 vs me and I still win.  Most of the time.  it's mildly amusing when I pound all of their modern legal decks with my standard deck...  ;)

Your modern decks must not be competitive lol

It's not white knighting. It's called being a nice person. But get sick if you think you need to.

Maybe he did give them deck advice after the game. Would it have been more acceptable for him to stop mid game and say "well let me give you some deck advice right now instead."? If I stomp someone, I let it happen, then after the game is done I kindly explain what they can do to improve. From what I see in the OP, he didn't mention what happened after the game, everyone is just assuming. He's obviously young, let the kid boast.

that can hurt people's feelings though. Even if he was boasting, he should at least tell them where he thought they had gone wrong
