How can I beat mono blue and mono black?

I know you're not running {B}, but when I was playing Golgari/Junk against Mono Blue, I ALWAYS slaughtered them with {Illness in the Ranks}. And for things like {Thassa, God of the Sea} I always just {Thoughtsieze}d her out of an opponent's hand or played something like {Time to Feed} or {Fade into Antiquity}.

Thanks I shall deff add some cards to the sideboard and make it so I can be equipped to handle both mono blue and mono black. Right now threw wear/tear , toil/trouble, arrest , solemn offering, keening apparition , ray of dissolution, and warleader's helix in my sideboard. Correct me if you feel as if this won't do much against mono blue control.

I am consistently winning with me U/W enchantment Daxos deck. The deck smashes the Monsters decks and the rats get too big too fast to block my Daxos that just became a 17/17 with first strike and lifelink. I essentially win a large percentage of the time. I save Detention Sphere for MoW and Thassa. The deck is really solid agianst a majority of the current metagame.

Is this a standard deck ? Could you possibly give me a lost of the cards you run? So I could have an idea and possibly run similar cards? Ahaha the main reason I care so much is so I can beat this guy I used I work with who's basically an ass to me and I just wanna kick his ass at his own game. He runs mono blue esper.
