Painful opponents

That moment when game 1 takes 40 minutes and your opponent doesn't know how to play the game

First my opponent delayed much time due to needing sleeve in an OCD way.

Then he doesn't know what bestow does...

Me: "No you can't bestow it once its out."
Opponent calls judge
Judge confirms

He removes a creature of mine with bestow
Bestowed creature stays
Judge called to confirm again

This was just game 1...

There's a guy at my lgs that is painfully slow. In the last round of a constructed event last week his opponent conceded as soon as he found out who his opponent was. When asked why he said 'I don't have the patience to wait for him to think for 4-5 minutes about whether or not to drop a land every turn'.
