Ok, I couldn't think of a witty topic name, sue me. So here's my question, I have  {Curse of Inertia} on my foe. I attack with one of my creatures that is enchanted with  {Claustrophobia}, can I untap my attacking creature and he is still declared as attacking. I feel like this is a stupid question.

The creature is still attacking, until something removes it from combat, like regenerate, or the combat phase is over

but aren't all attacking creatures declared at once? once the trigger of the curse resolves, it would be too late to declare more attackers.

After being declared as an attacker, tapping or untapping the creature will not change that. It will only cease to be an attacker if removed from combat.

Creatures tap when declared as attackers. The curse's trigger will go off after it is declared as an attacker and, being a permanent, it is a legal target to be untapped.

What I don't understand is how a creature with {Claustrophobia} could attack in the first place. Did you untap it with another effect? Tapped creatures can't attack.

The creature bound by  {Claustrophobia} was untapped by attacking with a different creature the turn earlier. But I wanted to attack with this creature yet untap it afterward so I could attack the next turn also.

508.1j Each chosen creature still controlled by the active player becomes an attacking creature. It remains an attacking creature until it's removed from combat or the combat phase ends, whichever comes first. See rule 506.4.

Even if the attacking creature(s) untap later, it/they are still attacking. A creature doesn't have to be tapped to be attacking; creatures with vigilance are a perfect example.

Couldn't find any better rulings than this, hope this helps! :)

Perfect, it's one of those things we kinda "knew", but on second thought we figured we would throw it out there to be sure. Appreciate everyone's time.
