I pulled a chinese  {Master of Waves}, i know the american version is 10$ ish, but how much is the one i pulled worth?

SCG has a Japanese one for $13. I would guess that would be close-ish.

Depends. The price of foreigns is dependent on the buyer. Some value it lower, some higher

Chinese is the same as us.  Japanese and Korean are the only ones that are worth more.
If that was true then the packs would cost the same amount.

Yeah, the Chinese ones are generally the same price as American, you can even buy Chinese boxes for around $80-$90.

That's dumb... Why would they sell packs for like 2$ more a piece?

As a vendor, the reason why most foreign boxes cost more is because the demand is higher and the supply is extremely limited. Chinese boxes aren't as high in demand as Japanese, Korean, or Russian.

Typically, depending upon how good the set it, Chinese packs will sell for $4-5, japanese/korean $5-6 and russian at around 7. The main reason is because of the jump of foreign foil pricing.

It's more for the aesthetic value, from what I've noticed.
