Exile: {Izzet Signet}, {Blasphemous act}, {Dimir Charm}, 2 {Swamp}s, {Decree of Annihilation}, {Crumbling Necropolis}, {Increasing Ambition}, {Phyrexian Tyranny}, and {Dragonskull Summit}.

First I cast {Decree of Annihilation} to exile everything from everywhere except libraries. From my hand I exile {Elder mastery} and {words of waste}.

Next I cast {Increasing Ambition} to search out a card. Finally, I cast {dimir charm} to look at the top 3 cards of my library and put {Psychic spiral} and a swamp into my graveyard. All the other exiled cards go to my graveyard.
