{joraga warcaller} with {immaculate magistrate} combo works very well in my modern elves.  Anothe possibility is {intruder alarm}

Essintaly, this deck focuses on casting every elf in the deck by turn 2 or 3

Ambitious plan but it is not that easy how it looks.. honestly if you want to go this way I would play {intruder alarm} in the deck... and I am quite sure you cannot pull the chain t2, it is possible in Legacy elves with {Glimpse of Nature} but it is for one mana not for two... With beck you can get efficient turn 4-5 not t2-3..

But there are much easier ways how to play modern elves...
