What happens to the creature when masters dies? Can there be a 1/0 creature? Trying to not ask any stupid question, honestly asking.

A creature with 0 toughness is put into the graveyard as a state-based action. Since they're tokens, the elementals will be destroyed as soon as they hit the graveyard, of course.
