What happens with {Nekusar, the mindrazer}'a damage? Does {Gisela, blade of goldnight} prevent it? Or do I take 1? Her text reads "prevent that damage, rounded up" so I take half, rounded down?

She says to prevent half the damage rounded up. Half of 1 is 0.5; rounded up is 1. So the 1 is prevented.
