I really need to decide on a general for this deck, so I can start figuring out a deck list.

I have been wanting to work on this deck for a while but was between Bant (has pillow fort and good auras), Naya ({Uril, the Miststalker}, {Madcap Skills}), Esper ({Zur the Enchanter}, {Nighthowler}) and 5 color, just to play it all :) (to be honest, I might eventually transform it to a {Cromat} deck). I have finally decided on Bant. There are too many Bantchantment goodies: {Serra's Sanctum}, {Ethereal Armor}, {Sphere of Safety}, {Boon Satyr}, GODS!!, {Daybreak Coronet}, {Bruna, Light of Alabaster}, {Sigard, Host of Herons}, {Unflinching Courage}, {Armadillo Cloak}, {Shield of the Oversoul}, {Rancor}...plus the standard Enchantress package.

I now need to decide on a commander. There are no Enchantment-ey Bant legendaries so I kind of just need to choose something. I am deciding between:
{Roon of the Hidden Realm}-a 4/4 body with vigilance and trample would be fun to amp up and I could have flicker as a sub-theme.
{Rafiq of the Many}-because I don't like people?
{Treva, the Renewer}-Lifegain, plus have a 6/6 w/ flying is fun to throw lots of enchantments on.
{Ragnar}-could it regen itself and possibly save my enchantments?
{Derevi, Empyrical Tactian}-BIRD WIZARD!!! No, but realistically: I can always cast it cheaply and easily, has flying and I'm sure I could use the ETB to tap down blockers or untap mana rocks.
{Phelddagrif}-before you laugh, hear me out. It's a 4/4 for 4, I can give it flying, trample and can return it to my hand, each for 1. Plus, I could use the small benefits to help out someone and play a little bit of .politics. (create an Us vs. Them mentality against someone who is a threat to me).

Top contenders are probably: Roon, Rafiq, Derevi and Phelddagrif, but I want to know your choice and why. Also, how good does the mana base have to be for 5 color? I would consider doing {Cromat} but I don't want to buy original duals. I already have shocks, tap (or check)lands and a few filters. Combined with a couple of fetches, mana ramp and mana rocks, is it viable?

roon is fun for etb triggers, but i've found derevi's untap triggers WAY more useful than they would seem, especially with heliod on the board :D :D lots of fun.

I know, but all of my other decks are...uh...well...douchey and I want to have a somewhat fun deck. I am known for running {Sorin Markov}, {Magister Sphinx} and other such bull. There are a few people who don't want to play against my Esper deck anymore. For that reason, I am keeping the blue in my deck to a minimum and running no board wipes.

I vote flying hippo. You described a pillowfort theme? No better commander than the suspended fat roll clad in magenta. Roon is under impressive to me as it is tap ability based. Derevi is my favorite of the list but favors an aggressively powerful build not afraid to be a target. Rafiq makes people mad. Ivan the blacksmith there belongs leading a pauper deck thanks for pointing him out. The dragon is pretty but I tend to shy away from the dragons as they have been played to death over the life of edh.
