Will storm work with {Increasing Vengence} and {Pyromancer Acension}? like would it storm itself in a inifinite loop?

i have {pyromancer acension} out with 2 counters on it. I then cast {Astral Steel}, acension copies it. Then the copy's storm affect brings another copy in which pyro copies and so and so forth

Nice idea, but Storm puts copies directly on the Stack. You don't cast them. The Ascension looks for spells cast.

Similarly, storm looks for spells cast that turn, {Increasing Vengeance} makes copies on the stack. You don't cast those either.
