No, mans crypt costs 0, so I played it, tapped it for 2 colorless, used 1 for Sol Ring, tapped that for 2 more colorless and tapped the plains for a total of {3}{W} in my pool

Last night I played T5 Tezz the Seeker, then used his -x for Mana Vault. T6 I fetched my Sol Ring, then played Tamiyo and Jace, AoT. Seems good.
