Chinese counterfeiters where one the verge of crushing the market an putting wizards or atleast magic out of business in certain countries. Yugioh got exactly one thing right about their cards, the authenticity foil.

Well that messes with my foil proxies...  How the heck am I supposed to get a holo sticker?

I thought the same thing about my cheap proxies that I use to playtest with. The idea I had was to make it clear where the holo is and just use a junk rare to paste it on.
