Conan, I think {Archangel's Light } is solid in EDH. It can be a clinch card for any deck that runs tutors to let you recycle key cards and the added life gain can come in handy too. That said, it's crap in any 60 card deck.

Now if you want to know the worst rare ever search no further than {search the city} (that's right mikefrompluto!). I can't imagine a scenario or format where that would be worth playing.

Protip: don't run Search in EDH. Just sayin'

what if the five cards you exile are basic lands? than its super easy to break {search the city}.
