That's actually how I came up with this. At first I was trying to find a way to use the Druid with thousand year elixir. But I was struggling to find something to untap the elixir with every turn!

The Druid and snake don't make any blue mana. So you have no way to repeat te untap effect.

I figured out how to do it using the thousand year elixir:

{Zhur-Taa Druid}+ {Aphetto Alchemist}+{Thousand-Year Elixir}+ {Illusionist's Bracers}

You put the bracers on aphetto. Tap your Druid, deal damage and use the mana on the elixir to untap the Druid. Then use aphetto to untap himself and the elixir.
