Just a quick question

If perhaps I cast a Collective on my previous turn, and two turns after, I put a creature (let's say a 3/3 Centaur Token), does that creature get the +3/+3 also?

Yes, it will be affected by {Collective Blessing} and become a 6/6 creature.

This is similar to how elementals created by {Master of Waves} stay alive after entering play.
