 {Sliver Overlord} is always the better commander in a sliver themed deck...I also think you are running to many slivers and not enough support cards like draw...I didn't see it in the deck but it could be there but {Dormant Sliver} is one of the best slivers...just need a sac outlet after you play most of your slivers to attack... {Shared Animosity}, {Mana Echoes}, and {Patriarch's Bidding} are great tribal cards...plus {mana echoes} works with {sliver queen} for infinit tokens...that's if you got queen. {training grounds} and {heart stone} help with keeping activation cost of slivers down...some are pretty high. Hope this helps.
