Is {Watery Grave} a swamp and an island like a duel land?

Because of it's subtypes, yes. However, these subtypes must be present for it to count as an island or a swamp, other duel lands would not qualify as them unless they had those subtypes.

The only other ones like that are the original duel lands right?  Underground Sea and what not?
