It was in there at one point. I agree, he's amazing in the deck, and I forget why I took him out - I think it's because I just wanted him in my Obzedat Lifedrain deck more, and I only had one copy of him, so I put in {Chancellor of the Dross} as a "ehhh... Close enough for now?" And forgot about it lol
