It can't be T1 unless you have a card that allows you to play 2 lands on T1. If you have a card like that DO TELL lol

When thespian stage copies a land, it doesn't copy the counters on it.  So as soon as it turns into dark depths, it sees no counters and sacs to make the 20/20.

To activate dark depths, you need it to have 0 counters, so yes you would.

To activate dark depths, you need it to have 0 counters, so yes you would.

The reference was in regards to the legends rule, which activates as soon as the stage copies the depths, and, I believe, has to be resolved before the next step can happen, which is the stage/depths being sacked to bring out Marit
