Looking for a card like  {Wound Reflection} but putting cards into the graveyard.
Trying to help my friend make a quick win {Laboratory maniac} + {Traumatize}

Do mean something like {Keening Stone}?

I think that's the closest you'll get to what you're describing. There's no "target opponent mills X, where X is the number of cards milled this turn" yet in existence. Would be a neat concept! But probably too easily abused with {Traumatize}.
