To clarify a disputed fact from Piotr and ConanEdo's argument:

Fascism-"a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism."

Socialism-"a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole."

I think some confusion stemmed from the fact that in fascism, as in socialism, there is a command economy. Although I think that it important to point out that fascism is DICTATOR run and socialism is run by, to quote the definition, "the community as a whole."

Firstly, who is Spencer? Secondly, yes. As soon it is not "run by the community as a whole" it ceases to be socialism. That is why many people, such as myself, are not "socialists" we are "democratic socialists". We believe in governing through popular majority. This model is similar to what the United States uses as its form of government, with the exception of the US having a market economy.

To clarify to Conan, I do agree that Piotr was overly aggressive towards him, and I don't mind saying so. He was, for sure, incredibly rude to you. But that's not a green-flag to be rude back. Keeping calm or walking away, or you can make Piotr piñata in your home and go at with a baseball bat until candy comes out his butt. But two wrongs never make a right.
