Immortal rescuing from the underworld?

Let's say I give a creature {gift of immortality} then sacrificed it for {rescue from the underworld}. The {gift of immortality} would instantly revive it so my question is if that creature is revived I can't exactly bring it back at the beginning of my upkeep because it's already back so does that cancel out {rescue from the underworld} or does the other creature still come back?

It won't affect the other creature, both will come back.
