This walmart im in was onslaugt and torment packs for 7 bucks

TCGPlayer shows some for less (~$5-6, so not a terrible deal for "in hand")

Basically, if you're willing to pay a dollar more per pack to avoid shipping (or if you're impatient like me) then go for it.  otherwise, order them online.
