wow. just finished cooking brisket, mac n cheese, stuffing, apple crisp and cranberry sauce. so tired, more cooking in the morning. happy holidays everyone.

Sounds like a feast! I have dessert prepared (Pumpkin roll and cake!) as well as family bringing more. I also have a honey/sweet pepper/cream cheese dip w/ veggies and some deviled eggs ready, and a green bean casserole and a sweet potato dish w/ brown sugar and pecans all ready to go into the ovens in the morning.

Gonna be a good day with family today! And all I have to do is work-wise is a turkey and some mashed potatoes. Woot!

Happy thanksgiving and count your blessings!
It is a good thing that we have a day of the year set aside to reflect upon just how privileged we all are in comparison to the majority of the world and be thankful that we are as we are. Family and dressing are two things I'm always happy to have, even if I take them for granted from time to time.
