Not sure if there is anything more I should add yet from Theros. Any suggestions?

Not sure about Theros, but one card you could use is {Force of Savagery}. It's an 8/0 for {2}{G}. You could use it quite well with Scavenge.

Edit: You could also use {Death's Shadow} and (if you can afford it) {Phyrexian Deadnought}. They get more +1/+1 counters for cheaper.

An update. This deck also is cool because it is very easy to switch around the commander with the other lengendaries in it.
