This combo works only in edh when {Saffi Eriksdotter} is the commander.
You need just {Sylvan Primordial} and a sacoutlet (example {High Market}).
You use saffis abbility on primordial and then sac it to kill a land of each opponent. Thanks to the 2+ lands you get from the primordial, you will be able to recast saffi again from the command zone. Then you repeat it from turn to turn. Usually the combo is played with 20-30 ramp spells to get it off as soon as turn 4 or 5!

Forest enters tapped.  Good try though :P

Add {Amulet of Vigor} so your Forests come in untapped.

You're not alone. I was playing during Zendikar block, but 1) I didn't know cards had actual values associated with them, and 2) I didn't buy many Worldwake packs, so I didn't get much cool stuff from it.

This isn't an infinite combo regardless, so the {Amulet of Vigor} isn't necessary. I got the idea that it's just a repeatable effect that you can do usually once per turn to slowly {armageddon} your opponents.

It's not a bad combo, but there are more effective land destruction techniques such as {Azusa} + {Crucible of Worlds} + {Strip Mine}.

...it's not infinite! But if you get it out it's GG!

Not in commander. Each opponent plays a land you kill one!

If you're playing Azusa, there are really good plays you can make to take people out of the game early. With enough ramp and land plays, you can entwine {Tooth and Nail} as early as turn 3, fetching {Terastodon} and {Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre}, and then play Crucible and Strip Mine turn 4.
