During the Varsity Soccer season last year our coach would always yell, "to who!?!",  when ever a passed ball didn't reach its intending target so another team member would always yell, "to whom", to correct him.

Ok so a few people use it, so it isn't dead but it's dying, I give it probably around 10-15 years before they remove it from the dictionary

I don't think they will ever remove it but they already teach people who don't know English not to use "whom" because it is simpler to use "who" and makes you sound more like a native speaker.
