tap niv-mizzet, target the other creature with his triggered damage ability, the damage is prevented and you draw a card. Niv-mizzets damage ability is triggered again. Target the swan, and you draw a card. Niv-mizzets ability is triggered again. Target the swan and you draw a card. Target the swan again, draw a card. Target the swan again, draw a card

The swan prevents all damage done to it, so you can do this for as long as you have cards in your library
