Duct Tape Deck Boxes

What do you guys think of the idea? I've already made one. I'm selling them at my store for store credit currently. Making another one for a friend right now. I'll post some pictures later.

I'm making a horrid neon orange one right now... Because that's the color he wanted. ._.
When I make a Rakdos/Boros box, I'll post some pics. Or when I bring my cards in from my car. I have a yellow and black one out there.

I do those all the time. I find it cheaper to make my own cool looking deck box than to pay with an arm and a leg for deck boxes that aren't that sturdy.

There are some really good ones out there but yeah they cost a fortune. I bought the Jace one from world wake and I still use it and it's sturdy as all hell. No where like the ones they make now.

I got a cheap plastic one for $4 nothing special but it's survived a month so far!!

This was also the first one I made, so the flap wasn't quite long enough. I also ended up finding black velcro, so it'll look better with that.

Basically layer duct tape over cardboard pieces, then connect the pieces to one another individually, cover up and edges, etc. and it's good.

Lol no. I refuse to use that kinda duct tape. But I am considering making some designs out of different colors, like using red and white to make a Boros symbol, give it a black border and slap it on a R/W deck box.

It's more if I have to buy more duct tape colors lol. Shipping + duct tape + I'd say about $4-5. It takes me a while to actually connect all the pieces correctly and smooth everything out. I still don't know how much if charge for making a symbol or anything because I haven't made one yet.

id order a Green and black, a red and blue, and a blue and white... but i'm fresh outta moneys for deck boxes at the moment
