4  {Price of Progress} main is a must. Would also add a 4th Goblin Guide

I can see why you'd cut keldon marauders, but. Why no hell spark elementals?

The idea is to maximize dmg per mana spent and in my opinion hell spark isn't reliable enough as direct damage.

I agree with pretty much everything Leevai is gettign at. As many Lightning Bolts as you can possibly fit in there ever. Some lists might even splash black or white. ({Bump in the Night} and {Boros Charm} respectively. I've seen a few fringy RW builds run some {Path to Exile}/{Swords to Plowshares} to deal with {Griselbrand} from reanimator and such)

With the RW deck sulfuric vortex and swords to plowshares together would be fun... Might think about adding white, not sure yet.
