I recommend to send the letters at least 14 days bfr Christmas due all the fuzz around holidays... But it is completely up to you...:D

If it will be sent internationally send earlier, but its 3-5 business days, so 7 business days (8 days) should be fine.

Mhmm I was trying to calculate also the delay of the post service before the Christmas... Honestly I am going to send 3 weeks bfr Christmas. To be sure that it will get delivered bfr Christmas...:)
