I know it lacks removal or control but my thought is I'm going to mill them in 4-5 turns or lose anyway.
I love mill and I think the only changes I would make to this deck would be  {Glimpse the Unthinkable} and possibly drop 4  {Mind Sculpt} for 4  {Cancel}.
I want to use this in my groups modern tournament but I'm not too knowledgable about modern so would really like some advice.

Instead of  {Cancel}, you don't you use  {Psychic Strike}

In Modern you need 4 {Archive Trap}s. As often as people search libraries in modern it's a free 13 cards.

The delver seems sub-optimal here. 2/3's of the time it is just a chump-blocking waste of {U}. I'd cut it for more {Archive Trap} and other mill.

Big casting cost but {keening stone} would be disgusting if the game goes that long.
