I'm assuming this is a more casual deck, right?

If so, I would recommend splashing blue and throwing {Warped devotion} in. As well as {Boomerang} like effects.

So much fun, and so nasty.

For added fun, throw {Megrim} in also.

I like this deck. My version is going to be very similar and uber competitive. Adding blues' not a bad idea. Have the option to play {Force of Will} and win games.

On a side not  {Phyrexian Obliterator} is on the rise, what's up with that

Small pox deck can be quite competitive actually. Devastating discard, edict effects, etc usually leave the opponent without much way to interact with you. I'd leave it mono black.
