What are a few cheap costing infinite mana combos?

{Presence of Gond} + {Midnight Guard} is as cheap as it gets for infinites, lol.

{Turnabout} + Lv 4 {Echo Mage} = infinite mana/tap effects/etc.
Copy the original version of the spell while it's on the stack, let the copies resolve, then copy it again. Rinse and repeat.

Edit: Also try {Palinchron} + {High Tide}/{Extraplanar Lens}/{Gauntlet of Power}/anything that makes your lands tap for 1 extra mana.

I use  {Goblin Electromancer} on the board then  {Ghostly Flicker}  {Archaeomancer} and  {Gilded Lotus}, only problem is takes awhile to set up and you only get blue :-/

Not true. Every couple of times you can tap lotus for another color with plenty of blue mana left to cast Flicker.

I'm probably missing something, but if phyrexian alter is only producing 1 mana of any color, and it takes {B} to cast grave crawler, it's not producing any extra mana.

You need an ETB effect on the field as well to make something of it.
Such as 
{Purphoros, God of the Forge}
{Blood Artist}

Or you could just {Bitter Ordeal} after sacrificing and casting Gravecrawler about 50 times...
