A long time ago when I wasn't good at video games I was always called noob.  After a while I became better but still liked people thinking I was bad.  I'm also kind of an .mule. so I tacked it on.  Now instead of reading my name normally I would rush through it, put the A in front and it sounded like the Egyptian god.  Thought it was cool and use it whenever I can now.

Vyse is a sky pirate from skies of Arcadia, an old rpg on the dream cast. I've used it since runescape classic, all the way to here *shrugs*

I ran the name wintut for a while derived from my 2 daughters nicknames of Winky and tuttie. It then got changed to wingnut while owning the gf at call of duty and it basically stuck. So I bounce between wingnut and wintut. Not the coolest story, but I am still the wingnut.

The nameless. It was the newest server when I finally started playing. (Spent a few hours at a friends house playing to make me pick up my own) also cost me quite a few bucks to build my first computer and to be the first person in the neighborhood with DSL. Oger shaman so I could get SoW at the lowest level. Then I could train the zones.

Because if I could have any super power it would be those of sub-zero, and if I could choose any melee weapon to fight with, is go with the one use to cut grain... Just because it looks cool. Thus, IceScythe was born. I used to be CryoFire (symbolizing my love of Izzet type things) but I changed it since no one understands it or can pronounce it correctly.

Dudecore bands had what we dubbed "brodowns" instead of breakdowns. For a scene built around "brotherhood" and "respect" had some of the most insanely disrespectful, backstabbing children life could produce. It forced most of the other local bands (myself included) to just play in Manhattan instead or people's backyards.

That documentary appears to cover early 90's hardcore on Long Island, I'm talking about mid-2000's era of beatdown. Beatdown is basically just hardcore with chugging breakdowns and occasionally blast beats. It's basically just wannabe Death Metal about fighting, drinking and family.

I was in a noise band with some friends called Butt Pilot from the Planet Pluto back before Pluto was demoted and was still a planet. We all added "from Pluto" to our names and I just kept it. Had it since the MySpace days in '05.

I screwed up and called myself by my first name here, everywhere else I go by Ghrom, which is my old dwarven priest from ad&d 2nd ed, and MUDs in mid 90s.
