Land and counters

In future sight there was a land that has graft so it enters with a +1/+1 counter does this mean they can stick to land? If so does that mean if I buff a manland and it reverts wouldn't the counters stick?

Can i target it "in advance", befor it becomes a creature? As far as i can see there is no card for that, right?

There is no card that I know of that can place +1/+1 counters on non creature permanents. It is possible though. Execpt for the graft ability.
