The store is busy

I downloaded Build 4.6.1 ver 82 this morning. I register to this forum, when i try to purchase it all, it gives error message the store is busy. What the heck am I doing wrong? The app is on my iPad I tried on a public wifi at a restaurant, my hotspot on my phone, when i get home i will try it there.

How long did you wait?

The longest i waited was 3 minutes. I click on the shop icon in the main menu, the shop menu opens the connecting icon rises to the top then it fades out. Anything i click, a tag appears saying store is busy. Should i wait for some other tag to show up?

I would restart the app.

Ok, i forced it to close (had to look up how to do it in IOS7) and that fixed it. Thank you.
