Ok, there's a reason behind this. Can anyone think of anything that happens when artifacts tap/untap? At first I was like {Relic Bind}? But then I saw "opponent controls" and I was sad.

Hmm i think i have a decent enough one to get you an infinite mana combo here... you'd need {Dross Scorpion} and {Pentavus}.
Add whatever you like to that, fireball or even just a plain old blood artist would do the trick, or something like {parallel lives} and {grinding station} to infini-mill them out!
