Is their a maximum amount of cards you can sideboard in at one time?

Not that i know of. Can roll in all 15 and take 15 others out.

I like the idea of changing the deck after the first match, it definitely throws your opponent off, however it rarely has the desired affect. As far as tips on the deck... I would add things like {think twice} {devils play} {shock} but only if you have {snapcaster Mage} {flames of undeath} which requires a black land base. The most effective {burning vengeance} deck I've played was UBR, the meta is strong right now and your best shot is to have cheap spells with cheap flashback costs, and a solid land base. I'd also use mana leak instead of cancel.
