+2: Pick randomly card from your and opponents deck. Reveal those cards. Put the card from opponent's deck to your hand and card from your deck to opponent's hand.

-12: Exile all cards from all graveyards, libraries, hands and all non-land permanent cards on the battlefield. Exiled cards from the graveyard become players' libraries, cards exiled from the battlefield become players' hands, cards exiled from library become players' graveyards and permanent cards exiled from players' hand can players put on the battlefield.
